Here you will find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our luxury apartments, amenities, and the surrounding area.

How Big Are The Units?
Square footage ranges from 759 to 1336 square feet, depending on how many rooms you would like. Our other unit sizes include:
- Dall - 759 square feet
- Merino - 804 square feet
- Dorset - 1093 square feet
- Ryeland - 1182 square feet
Bighorn - 1336 square feet

What Is The Monthly Rent?
Our rates range from $1,300 - $2,250, depending on the size of the unit. We have six-month, one-year, and short-term leasing options as well. The best way to know what our current rates are is to give us a call at (970)-795-3690 or contact us today.
How much is the security deposit?
Our security deposits are a flat rate of $600 per application. Applications also carry a $35 and a $150 admin fee per unit due at application.
What Parking Options Are Available?
Currently, we have a surface lot that is unassigned and is first come, first served. However, if you want your ride to be covered or guaranteed parking, you have the option of renting one of our garage units. We have attached and detached garages, and they range between $65 - $135, depending on the unit.
Are Pets Allowed, And If So, What Are The Restrictions?
We love pets! Currently, we have a one-time refundable $300 fee for both cats and dogs and a $35 monthly recurring pet rent. We have a limit of 2 pets per unit and only accept dogs and cats that are at or under 50 pounds. Give your furry friends a place to call home with Mountain View Apartments at RainDance.
Are Any Utilities Included In The Rent?
Yes! Your monthly rate also includes water, sewer, and trash removal utilities.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance available for any repairs and maintenance issues at Mountain View Apartments at RainDance. Our highly-skilled maintenance team is dedicated to providing complete assistance and the highest level of service in a timely manner. You can easily request maintenance by submitting a work order or calling our team. Enjoy peace of mind knowing that they will take care of your maintenance needs, so you can relax and enjoy your home.
How Do I Apply?
One way you can apply is by contacting our leasing office to schedule a tour and apply in person. We require a completed application, a non-refundable $50 application fee, and proof of income. Our leasing team will review your application and notify you of your application status as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you!
